Integration Flows

Integration Flows are a voice-memo-based experience that unfold in alignment with your natural rhythm. There’s no set meeting time. Instead, we move through a flowing exchange of reflections, insights, and integration prompts that meet you where you are. As you work through a specific section, intention, or through the guide as a whole, I reflect back what I’m sensing, help you stabilize what’s coming online, and support you in integrating the insights in a way that lands in your life and creative work. You’ll receive personalized energetic reflection, guidance, and integration support that responds to where you are, rather than pushing you through a preset structure.

There are two ways to work together through this flow:

$144 for a focused integration around one section or specific intention

$555 for a five-part flow that moves through the full quest over time

Each flow is different. It’s shaped by your energy, your intentions, and the pace that feels sustainable for you.
