By entering this co-creative environment, you (“Player”) agree to engage with sovereignty, consent, and personal responsibility. These terms govern your participation in all Quantum Game Changers Experience offerings, including live sessions, quests, calibrations, transmissions, and portals within our nervous system–led and embodiment-based ecosystem.
What We Offer
This is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for licensed professional support. This is an embodiment-driven recalibration space designed to guide you deeper into your body’s truth, coherence, and capacity. Sessions may include nervous system attunement, somatic guidance, embodied insight, quantum mapping, and collaborative exploration. All experiences occur through Zoom or designated online fields.
What You Agree To
You show up as the Creator of your experience. This includes:
Choosing to participate in quests, prompts, and integrations
Listening to your body’s signals and honoring your pace
Understanding that shift comes from your own system, not from any external facilitator
Payment Portal
Pricing is clearly outlined before booking
Payment is due before sessions unless otherwise arranged
All payments are final and non-refundable (you’re paying for access to the field, not guaranteed results)
Embodied Results Disclaimer
Transformations can be profound, but they are non-linear. We do not promise specific outcomes. Your results follow the rhythm of your nervous system and embodied capacity, not pressure or expectation.
Wellness & Sovereignty Disclaimer
Quantum Game Changers Experience is not a licensed therapy, counseling, or medical practice in Utah or anywhere else. Everything offered here is for embodiment, personal exploration, and experiential growth.
If you choose to work with the Quantum Game Changers Experience while navigating a medical or mental health condition, we encourage you to have any licensed support you feel aligned with so your whole system is cared for while you’re doing this work.
Confidentiality & Privacy
What you share is held in strict confidentiality unless required by law. This space honors your personal insights, internal processes, and creative expression. We maintain secure digital and energetic boundaries to support your full experience.
Boundaries & Behavior
Respect for the ecosystem, guides, and other participants is required. Harmful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
Content & Intellectual Property
All quests, frameworks, tools, PDFs, recordings, videos, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of Quantum Game Changers Experience. These materials are for personal use only. Redistribution or sharing requires written permission.
Session Endings
You may exit the field at any time, understanding that payments remain non-refundable. Quantum Game Changers Experience may end a session or working relationship if the space no longer feels aligned or safe. Clean exits. Clear boundaries.
Testimonials
If you share your experiences or wins, we may use your words (anonymously or with your permission) to inspire future players. You may opt out at any time.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session rate
For emergencies, email support@quantumgamechangers.com to co-navigate a solution
If Quantum Game Changers Experience cancels, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided
Late arrivals still end at the scheduled time
Updates to Terms
These terms may evolve as the ecosystem evolves. Updates will be posted or emailed and apply to all future sessions and offerings.
Jurisdiction
Legal matters fall under Utah law. While we operate through resonance, any formal disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal channels in Utah.
